Growing up in Nederland Colorado, I have spent more time playing outside than inside. Even as a competitive gymnast all through high school, I found that the strength I gained from gymnastics only helped me more with my other passions as I got older. Competitive gymnastics quickly turned into competitive freeride skiing and I am now an avid outdoor adventurist and athlete who loves suffer fests and type two fun, especially if my two pups can tag along! My biggest passion is skiing, but during the beautiful Colorado summers you can find me hiking, trail running, biking (gravel & mountain) or paddleboarding.
I have spent the past four years traveling around the country for freeride skiing competitions while earning my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Western State in Gunnison CO. Throughout those four years I found a deep love for pushing my body in the gym so I could feel stronger and more confident in the mountains. I worked with NCAA athletes while becoming an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This led me to the realization that outdoor athletes like skiers, boarders, bikers, hikers, and mountaineers should be applying the same training rules as these NCAA athletes to achieve the performance they desire!
I now specialize in sport specific training for outdoor athletes. I love helping people find confidence in what they are physically capable of and training people to be functionally strong no matter what sport they do. From beginners to experts, my goal is to help you feel more confident and able in all the activities you do by optimizing movement and working to prevent injury.
