Sports & Sports training have always been a big part of Sam’s life. His grandfather, who had a big influence on him, was a coach & former professional athlete that played for the Cincinnati Reds & Kansas City Royals organization in the 1950’s.

Sam has played almost every sport throughout his life growing up with his two brothers in Ohio. He was a 3 sport athlete in highschool playing baseball, hockey & football which he excelled in the most earning All-state honors his senior year over in Carbondale at Roaring Fork High School. After playing 2 years of junior college football at Santa Barbara City College, Sam then received a scholarship to play football at Fort Lewis college where he graduated in the spring of 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in Business Management.

With all of the training Sam has done throughout his life, it has become a huge passion for him that he wants to pass on to the next generation of people. Sam has experience training various athletes. The fitness culture has helped structure Sam’s life over the past decade leaving him with the belief that fitness is a lifestyle having proper nutrition, physical and mental health can all together have a huge impact on your overall well being. Your body is a high maintenance machine that you need to constantly fuel & take care of.
