Our History

Our Story

TAC Fitness was founded in 2013 with one clear mission: to create a welcoming, supportive space where anyone in the Roaring Fork Valley could pursue better health and strength no matter their starting point.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you’re greeted with genuine warmth by our front desk staff and supported by some of the valley’s most experienced trainers and instructors. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, starting your fitness journey, or striving to push your limits, we’re here to help you feel at home and make real progress.

Fitness Center
Our Main Fitness Center features a full selection of cardio and strength equipment, including free weights, squat racks, functional cable machines, and more, ideal for self-guided training or personal training sessions.
Group Fitness

Group Fitness Classes take place in our spacious 1,800 sq ft studio, offering Yoga, Barre, Pilates, BodyPump, cycling, and more.

Performance Center

In 2016, we launched the Performance Center: a science-driven small group training program built to break through fitness plateaus and elevate athletic performance.

Open Studio

In 2024, we opened the Snowmass Studio, bringing our most popular classes and instructors to the heart of Snowmass Base Village.
