Welcome to the TAC Fitness Center: your go-to destination for dynamic group classes and full open gym access. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, our space is designed to support your goals. From high-energy classes like cycling and HIIT to low-impact options like yoga, barre, and Pilates, there’s something for every fitness level. Prefer to work out on your own? Our gym is fully equipped with everything from free weights to cardio machines so you can build your own workout routine at your pace.

Established in 2013, TAC Fitness is a clean and comfortable place to workout. Although we are not a huge facility (our gym is 3,000 sq ft and our studio is 2,000 sq ft), people are often surprised to learn that our weight training areas have plenty of room for you to do your favorite exercises and there is always available cardio equipment.

Our 3,000 sq ft gym features plenty of natural lighting and 360-degree mountain views, offering an open floor space with ample room to move around. We have a huge selection of free weights, kettlebells, squat racks, and specialized machines for every muscle group. This includes plenty of cardio equipment for everyone. With treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, stepmills, rowers and so much more!

Our 2,000 sq ft group exercise studio offers 37 classes 7 days a week, featuring everything from high-energy cardio and strength to calming yoga and stretching. Designed to transform, empower, strengthen, and energize you. Our supportive environment will motivate you through shared workouts.
