Our expert coaches are certified personal trainers, with varying specialties including corrective exercise, sport specific strength and conditioning, pre natal/post partum, and more. Unlike traditional group fitness classes, your coach is coaching the session — not doing it with you — so they can focus fully on your form, technique, and progress. Expect to be safely pushed beyond your comfort zone to get results that last.

What to Expect in a Session

Training sessions begin with mobility work and core activation to prepare your body for functional, high-effort movement. This foundational prep helps prevent injury and ensures your body moves efficiently—without compensation.

Then, you’ll move into functional strength circuits using a variety of tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, balance trainers, TRX, and more. Programs rotate through themes like:

  • Cardio & Plyometrics
